この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、英語タイピングゲーム（typing-language.com）（以下「当サービス」といいます。）がこのウェブサイト上で提供するサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆さまには、本規約に従って、本サービスをご利用いただきます。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services provided by English Typing Game (typing-language.com) ("the Service"). Users must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

本サービスは、TOEIC頻出英単語を使用した無料のタイピング練習ゲームを提供します。ユーザーは以下の機能を利用できます：

The Service provides free typing practice games using TOEIC vocabulary. Users can access:

• 英単語のタイピング練習
• English vocabulary typing practice
• 難易度別の学習コンテンツ
• Level-based learning content
• 学習進捗の記録（ローカルストレージ使用）
• Learning progress tracking (using local storage)
• タイピング速度・正確性の統計表示
• Typing speed and accuracy statistics

第3条（利用登録）

Article 3 (Registration)

本サービスの基本機能は登録なしで利用可能です。

Basic features of the Service can be used without registration.

第4条（禁止事項）

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

Users must not engage in the following actions when using the Service:

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. Actions that violate laws or public order
3. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
4. Actions related to criminal activity
5. 当サービスのサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を妨害する行為
6. Actions that interfere with servers or network functionality
7. 不正アクセスをし、またはこれを試みる行為
8. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
9. 自動化されたプログラムやボットを使用して不正にスコアを操作する行為
10. Using automated programs or bots to manipulate scores
11. 本サービスのコンテンツを無断で複製、転載、再配布する行為
12. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution of content

第5条（本サービスの提供の停止等）

Article 5 (Service Suspension)

当サービスは、システムの保守点検、天災、その他の理由により、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止することができます。

The Service may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice for system maintenance, natural disasters, or other reasons.

第6条（著作権）

Article 6 (Copyright)

本サービスおよび本サービスに関連する一切の情報についての著作権およびその他の知的財産権は当サービスに帰属します。ユーザーは無断で複製、譲渡、転載等をしてはならないものとします。

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Service. Users may not copy, transfer, or reproduce without permission.

第7条（保証の否認および免責事項）

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

当サービスは、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを保証しておりません。当サービスは、本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、当サービスの故意又は重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

The Service does not guarantee that the Service is free from defects. The Service is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

当サービスは、ユーザーへの事前の告知をもって、本サービスの内容を変更、追加または廃止することがあります。

The Service may change, add, or discontinue the Service with prior notice to users.

第9条（利用規約の変更）

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

当サービスは、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じます。

The Service may change these Terms without notice when deemed necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this website.

第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

Article 10 (Governing Law)

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当サービスの所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Service is located.
